By engaging with Spill.media for infrastructure consulting, advisory, or development services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Spill.media provides specialized iGaming infrastructure consulting, architectural audits, and strategic advisory. Our services are provided on a project-based or retainer basis, as agreed upon in our engagement letters.
2. Intellectual Property
All proprietary architectural blueprints, methodologies, and code developed by Spill.media during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Spill.media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use these deliverables for their internal business operations.
3. Confidentiality
We respect the confidential nature of your business. All engagements are subject to non-disclosure agreements, ensuring that your strategic insights, P&L data, and technical architecture remain secure.
4. Limitation of Liability
Spill.media provides strategic advice based on industry best practices. While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses resulting from the implementation of our architectural recommendations.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spill.media is incorporated.
